Fast delivery, excellent quality, colour on website in true to life!

Yes the price for a shirt is higher than you'd typically pay at a regional UK smartwear store, but it is completely worth it when you're hunting for a colour and design you can't find anywhere else. For the extra money, you get a huge selection of finish, colour, design etc and can personalise your shirt down to placket design, buttons, seam thread colours etc- I have never seen anywhere else that allows you to spec your shirt this much.

TS requires general easy measurements such as height, build/weight, shoe size etc to guesstimate the dimensions you'd require for your shirt (which I found were perfect), and if it doesnt fit perfectly when it arrives TS let you keep the shirt and will send you a new one. That alone is great customer service, but then again you'd expect that at this price.

Do not hesitate buying your next shirt from this company!

Easy to order on line with my preferred measurements. Swift delivery, well packaged. Lovely shirt, nice fabric. The inclusion of a spare buttons (just in case of a loss) would be a good addition to your service. The shirt ordered on this occasion was short sleeved - there was limited choice of colour and fabrics for this. It would have been preferable to have the option of selecting from the wider range of fabrics and then request short sleeve as an option. All in all a good experience.

Shirt arrived very quickly. Very high quality material. Fit was almost perfect, and then was helpfully assisted in making changes and ordering a new one (for free) making some minor tweaks.

Will certainly use again.

Most shirts don't fit very well, especially the collar. This one from Tailorstore fit very well. Normally I undo the top button as soon as I can. I went to a wedding in this shirt and I still had my tie on with the collar buttoned and I was very comfortable. The shirt fits well and looks great. Delivery was quick too.

Great service. I'm in a wheelchair so my measurements are unusual. I ordered 2 shirts. They only sent one to make sure it fit before starting the second. My first one fit but I asked for a tiny neck adjustment for the second. The adjustment was made and my second shirt arrived 3 days later. Will use this company again.

Ordered a made to measure shirt. Good materials used and decent finish. Pity the shirt collar wasn’t the size I asked for. After a few emails, I had problems with the interface, I ordered with specific instructions for sizing. It arrived but it didn’t have the button down collar as previously asked for. Apparently it’s my mistake. £70 for a shirt that’s not quite what I wanted. Take care when ordering.

I'm very happy to have found this company. The custom fit has taken away any worries I previously had about ordering online. And I love the very detailed customisation - from buttons to placket. Really I'm very impressed and have ordered with them again, already :)

Love the fabric shirts and the seasonal contrasts they do here for shirts and especially for different seasons which I love which is why I like to have that edginess look on me for stand out fabric and contrasts shirts that I design for colourful days and evenings on a time of year ??????❤️?????????????

Really fast turnaround, great customer service and a very simple ordering process. The virtual tailor's dummy made taking and recording our measurements so simple.
The shirts we ordered looked fantastic and we're exactly to specification. The colours and detail of fabrics and finishings were really clear on the website and the mock up image a great representation of the finished garment.
Would definitely buy from them again

Dream service, designing your own bespoke shirt, fits where off the shelf doesn't. 6'4", wide back, short body, long legs, narrow waist usually takes some fitting. TM Lewin managed this for me, but are now out of business. Choice of fabric, patterns, construction is just the best. Perfect to compliment my wedding morning suit outfit that makes me stand out from the other groomsmen

I actually rarely leave reviews for anything but these guys were notably excellent. Entered my measurements, answered an email or two on any details and a well made, modern, stylish suit arrived in 2-3 weeks. Waistcoat was a little bit large on one side and another perfectly-sized one arrived free of charge a week later. If you're aware of the natural limitations in getting a made-to-measure suit over the internet rather than in person then I can't see anyone doing better than these guys. Hard recommend.
